How to Use
As a Recovery Bath
Add approximately 500g of Recovery Soak Salts to a warm bath.
Soak for 20–30 minutes after training or whenever your body needs recovery.
As a Foot Soak
Add 100–150g to a basin of warm water.
Soak your feet for 15–20 minutes to help refresh tired feet after training, work or long days standing.
